T nuts are used for fixing climbing holds to wood, you should always have more t nuts than you do holds to allow routes to be changed. we recommend that you should work on at least 40 per 8 x 4 foot piece of ply wood. EXPANSION SOCKETS

These fixings are suitable for outdoors, and are what we recommend for fixing to solid structures like brick and concrete. You must make sure that your wall can take them, and if unsure please get a qualified builder or similar to check it out before attempting to fix these. They all come with free bolts.
